  Good afternoon, I would like to show my dissatisfaction with your services, how is it possible for you to receive orders and take longer to deliver compared to the country they come from, my orders arrived in less than 3 days support purchase and has been with you for more than 5 days, yesterday they updated saying that it has been dispatched since 9am and until today I have not even received any information about the orders. I have commitments to fulfill, and you should be more human, because what you do is very embarrassing and shows a lack of interest on your part. Because it is not possible for an order to take more than 1 day to reach Sumbe, as it takes only 5 hours to travel from Luanda to here. I would appreciate it if you would start complying with your regulations.

  I live in Huambo, I placed my order over a month ago, the order has been at their establishment since last month and they still haven't sent the order because they didn't care, and the delivery deadline was on the 4th of October. Today is October 14th and I still haven't received my order and they are going through a lot of hassle to send it here. Last week, they told me they would send it this week, today I called countless times to find out about the order and they didn't even bother to answer. They are very irresponsible. This is not the first time that my order has taken longer than expected, be more responsible with your commitments. Meet your deadlines or don't put a delivery date on the tracking website. They are very irresponsible. What's more, the service and operation are terrible too.
