::This clinic has a terrible service terminal for booking appointments, it takes too long to be attended to, then when they arrive to assist you they ask you for all possible information about the patient over the phone, personal data that could be written down on the day of the appointment, for short- if the call and others are answered faster. The attendants don't know the doctor's schedule and they keep looking for days and days, then you choose the day and time, they tell you that they don't have that one, it's another one 😩🤔. This place is difficult. The worst was on the day of the appointment: they scheduled us to arrive at 7:30am because the appointment would be at 8:00am, but we would only be seen at 9:50am 😩🤦♀️
