  Magnificent hotel in photo for the rest a disaster the rooms no internet connection no hot water the toilets clogged, no bottles of water available, no kettle and coffee pods, the television is there as decoration no channels available The restaurant: minimalist menu very long service 1 hour for a hot dish while there is no one in the restaurant menu in Portuguese difficult for people who do not speak this language! Terrible food change the chef! The staff tries as best they can to do their job but does it very poorly and they only speak Portuguese, the same at the reception In short, only amateurs in this place and non-existent management because on several occasions I asked to see a manager and no one came to see me I strongly advise against this place, complete lack of professionalism 😡😡 To be precise I am in the hotel and catering industry Review the entire operation of the hotel and train people in this profession

  Friendly, Kind, Helpful staff Comfortable Clean Luxury Wi-Fi Unfortunately no hot water if you love hot showers, the telephone in the room was disconnected and there's no room service, your required to eat in the restaurant. You HAVE to pay upon check in not when you check out which is inconvenient I.e multiple payments during your stay instead of just one when you check out.
