  I don't understant why they let me reserve a room on presidente hotel website by using my credit card they send me a reservation number and when i arrived to check in my resevation canceled and increase the price 3× from what i bought and they couldn't tell me the reason of cancelation they want me to buy again with their carency so stupid & horoble reservation i ever had I had to go and find to differnt hotel hope will never come back to this country

  Muito bom o Hotel, atendimento de primeira, único problema são os seguranças pedindo dinheiro.

  Este hotel é parte da historia de Angola, mas também faz parte da minha história. Portanto a grandeza deste hotel tem tudo para conquistar os prêmios atribuidos no ramo da hotelaria.

  O serviço é muito lento deve contar com pelo menos 1 hora se pedir comida. O barulho a uma quinta feira as 3 da manhã é horrível não deixa dormir os mais sensíveis, e também fazem nos outros dias durante a semana. A opção do buffet é agradável. O terraço no oitavo piso é muito bom. Os quarto são boms.
