  Visited for business. Lovely food and service was excellent. Was very surprised at how good it really was. Loved the roof top lounge area

  Very nice hotel located in front of the Port of Luanda and the installation and the facility inside is also very much clean and well organized. Did some event inside and it was properly managed and very much organized, very satisfied.

  Considering the price 300+ euros per night , I found the facilities, flexibility, service and hygiene very disappointing . When I arrived the dirty bedsheets were still thrown on the side , the dirty shoe steps still in the bathroom, broken bathtub and plumbing was bad, At checkout the Ladies at the counter were very unfriendly. Other than this , the other staff were very friendly, the restaurant staff also very friendly and welcoming . However the buffet prices and the quality of food was way too expensive if I compare it with other local restaurants where the food had the same quality of taste . For a business hotel with a lot of expats and Foreign visitors I get the owners perspective to bump up the price and compete with the other elite hotels in the neighborhood but then also this should reflect in the small things , the details , the service , the hospitality. At least the kindness of certain hotel staff made up for the bad taste I had while staying at this hotel . This is in Europe , Asia, and America's classified as a 3 star hotel for a price of between 80 to 120 euros per night stay and not a 300+ euros stay per night. Due to the absurd prices I do not recommend this Hotel., Unless they drastically change their style and services

  Not much to complain about. The rooms are large, breakfast is good, gym is well equipped. Two roof terraces, maybe more. Foul smell on some of the floors. Slow reception. Extremely high rates nowadays.
