  Very good service during my stay in the hotel...I do recommend tropico hotel to my friends and coworkers.

  I went to the reception to revalidate my key card because it wasn't responding when opening the room door, I asked the receptionist lady to assist me on that but she was so disrespectful to that I was about to leave the hotel... talking to a client like I was there begging for a place to stay but it was already paid. This kind of issue is not the first time that happened, please, reeducate your personal in order improve performance and more customers gonna be interested in your services and consequently your jobs won't be at risk somehow, thanks

  International standards, nice rooms (specially the executive ones), nice swimming pool in the back, good gym and spa. Good food, though the options could be improved - specially on the room service.

  Nice hotel. Good room. Good outdoor area. Lovely food and great staff.
