  Terrible attendance. They never have anything. Promotions are only for some. And it's not the fault of the people who show up, but those who put them there without the slightest training and without a basic understanding of the service. No quality control and especially no concern for the customer. Today it got to the point where one of the employees wanted to put out of her pocket what the company doesn't make available so I wouldn't sign the complaints book. The problem is that consumers remain silent and do not enforce their rights.
