  Horrible , the staff is very unprofessional , the food is a disgrace . The room was missing things , when I complained they said previous guest stole things .When I complained about the food, it was said that stocks were low and suppliers were not delivering things

  It’s always a pleasure. Quick stop, enjoyed the rooms, clean and nitty. Didn’t use the restaurant, didn’t have the welcoming bottled water on the room, had to wait for the receptionist. The odd thing is that this the most expensive one I’ve ever stayed from the IU hotels. Other than that, everything great as always

  The worst hotel restaurant i,ve ever visited. No choice for food.. only menu is printed but nothing ia available.

  Comfortable and clean rooms, however, noisy for the aerators. Friendly staff but with some difficulties with the English language, the catering service is sufficient only for two days of accommodation, then I discovered other dishes from the list and I have to admit that there is a better offer. In another equal hotel, I found that not all rooms are noisy. Absolutely recommended

  Very nice hotel and professional staff but after 15 days of asking dark beer (preta) which is on the menu,no one care about my request and still no have it!!! Bed rooms are nice but bed sheets never been changed in 15 days!
