  WHY is it painted this color? It could possibly be gray or creamy or white...! it needs a lot of work, instead of starting a piece of land, just get a great quote from Siares da Costa, that is... for the total rehabilitation of the hospital establishment; so proceed with other structures of the same or similar nature.
