  The bank is good, it doesn't make absurd discounts, like others. Terrible service, every time I go there, I need to create a drama, to get the money, or maybe it's too advanced for the Angolan reality, the bank is not doing the citizen a favor, it's an exchange of services. A smart bank shouldn't keep the customer at the institution for too long, it takes a lot of time to waste unnecessarily, we're in the digital age... I've come to think that it's a rule for banks to be slow. While they don't answer me, I keep up to date with the fashion shows, I see the trends, the pretty faces, I look at how they treat people, which isn't so pleasant, but I accept it, in Angola there are only two classes, and we are the majority, no. I know how to write, but this doesn't make me late or ignorant, wasting more than 5 hours in a bank, and licking boots, to have the minimum amount of attention, the bank is good, the employee, they think they are doing charity to the customers, anyway wow Angola.

  As it is the main branch, it should be faster in terms of general service. They proved to be the same as other BCI branches, slow and ineffective.
