::Most BFA brunches I have being to, quality service is almost none/none existent, if any service at all. Well most banks in Angola are like that; " I've being living abroad for over 2 decades, I only use one(1) bank. In Angola, however, I have opened account in BFA,BAI,BIC,SOL,ATLANTICO,STANDARD BANK, none of them care about their customers, at least in my experience. BFA in particular I have written some letter, lodged so may complains with no tangible feedback, went to their head office to hand deliver my complain this day, never a feedback. Can any company in the real world be successful with a "CLOSED door" policy? At least the science of business does not seem to think so...
