  Very very nice location. If you are in SOYO, this is the place to be. Dominique is the man you should speak for everything. We had a very nice stay durin end of May-2015. Rooms clean, staff friendly, food for every taste. The swimming pool is cleaned daily. I will be back soon. Dragos

  I've been to B.D. Construçào Imobiliaria for several weeks, outstanding care for the guests. Brand new environment, rooms clean and comfy, extremely well manned and looked after. Restaurant is as good as good gets! Truly a place you can call "home".

  Great location, very good and clean rooms with a private dehor. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an outstanding pool and a brand new gym. Portuguese, french and english spoken. It was a wonderful experience and a lovely place to stay.

  Very friendly welcome. Owner speaks English, French, Portuguese. Rooms are clean, spacious. Bathroom clean good sanitary installation. Food is awesome! Swimming pool great and gym up to standard. Good bar with all sort of drinks you may like. Midget football table keeps you in great shape when playing against the owner!!
