::In general, this particular BFA agency has basic conditions. Clean, safe in the end. Customer service was already better but is still adequate thanks to some employees. BFA itself, at a busy market level, has not yet managed to give its customers the satisfaction expected from a bank of this level. In this sense, these agencies are unfortunately limited.
