::Candando is the name of the Mall and Hypermarket of high quality in Talatona, Luanda. A pricey one! Cozy, spotless and well organized. Car parking is safe but not free, except for the first hour. Well located, in one of the finest areas in Luanda. Almost everything you might find there. Highly Recommended!
