  Rooms are clean, but unexciting. Has running water and electricity, fairly secure parking. Breakfast is included, but the pickings are slim. Maintenance of the rooms is hit and miss. When I stayed on two different occasions, several lightbulbs were out, several electrical outlets weren't functional, air conditioning didn't work, etc. Okay for spending a night or two, while waiting at the border, but it's not where you'll want to plan your vacation.
