  They are very disorganized, people make an appointment at a certain time and are seen hours later. Not to mention that today I made an appointment and when I arrive at the clinic, I discover that the doctor didn't show up for health reasons, and they could have called in advance to let me know. A big bummer!

  I don't know if this is a medical care center or a torture center: a scheduled appointment, more than two hours have passed since I handed in the documents at reception, I haven't even been called to make the required pre-payment, I'm always waiting without being able to explain what time I will be seen by the doctor. BUT WHY AND WHY DO PATIENTS-CLIENTS ASK TO ARRIVE AT THE CENTER BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME IF THE SCHEDULE IS NOT KEPT?

  Slow service, disorganized work, nurses commenting on patients in front of others and outside the conversation; too much trust with people they don't know, lack of professionalism. And the facilities need more care, they have areas that could bring more illnesses to patients.
