  It needs deep maintenance. Needs better organization of services. There is a high level of misinformation, people who serve the public seem to have left home without wanting to work. The waiting room is terrible, there are a lot of mosquitoes, the seats are a disaster, there is no social distancing, there is a pit in the room and a nauseating smell comes out of the lid.
