  We got the small room, and it was okay. The bed was hard, though. We paid 23,500 Kwanzaa for one night without breakfast. It has airconditon and a small refrigerator. You can hear noise from outside. They also have a swimming pool, bar and restaurants. They accept cash and cards here.

  I wasn't staying, but I was in the leisure area and liked the atmosphere. Service is a little slow but that's ok. Weekends are a reference in Soyo. There was a lot of desire to dive into the pool, but it wasn't part of the nightlife. :)
