::Shower in bed room and curtains to be at least a bit standard to match even 2 star hotels

::Had to stay here, but would not if I had a choice. It's basic, probably ok if isolation is the only goal. Only two TV channels in English and meals limited to choice between fish, chicken, beef or pork. Electrical safety is very low priority. The staff is however very friendly and extremely helpful. Most of them understand English.

::If its your only choice as a isolation or quarantine hotel then it will do. Food choices are limited to beef, pork, chicken and fish, if you have a good day. Always prepared the same way. You will be lucky to have hot water in the shower if you have a shower. Internet can be ok, depending on the other guests using it, but drops out regularly, unless you use a LAN cable. Beds are soft and need replacing.

::I visited this hotel during first week of December 2020 and looking at this hotel I can say that Corona has affected this place severely... Refer photos for more details... As of today while writing this review, hotel is quite and empty...I guess only expatriate people who are waiting for authorisation to flight out if the country are waiting at this hotel... This hotel have casino at level 4 due it is closed due to COVID. Opening date is unknown as of now... Hotel ambiance inside is bit dull...you feel being inside old hotel... On ground floor there is reception, lounge and restaurant...outside there is ample car parking but at the normal weekend it gets full due to casino. There is covered sit out area outside the hotel where you can get week WiFi signal. WiFi at ground level is good...strength and speed is decent. Medium size swimming pool is also available at this hotel but it was under construction during my visit... Rooms are bit small can accomodate 2 pax comfortably. Condition of rooms is not that good with not enough lights, improper faucet, ill functioning showers, poor conditioned comode. During day, opening window curtains can allow day light to lighten the room but at night it feels bit less illumination in the room...it is simply because light bulbs are missing and those which are preset are not the correct once... There is wifi available in the room but strength and speed depends how for you and your room is from the WiFi access point which is located in the corridor. But usually it is okay... Inside room you have one table-chair, 2 bed side table and one 6x6 bed with wardrobe facility. Air conditioning in the room are of old model and do not function properly or sometime it doesn't function at all. In restroom, water is not available with pressure....shower and comode condition is also not that good. Rooms also have problems of mosquito and other insects. Some time it gets difficult to sleep due to mosquito and insects. Restaurant at level one is available with very limited options like chiken, fish, stake and omlet. There are same optins for lunch and dinner. For breakfast, it is available between 7am to 9am only. Breakfast menu contains, one type of canned juice, , half-fried omlet, cheese and ham slices with papaya and pineapple as fruit. This is fix menu for breakfast. Service at restaurant is very very slow and poor...for above mentioned any luch or dinner request it takes minimum 1 hr to get your food. Even there are less than 10 people at complete hotels this was the scenario. On every leken ground, 1 and 2 there is open sitting space good for short discussions. Ther are not much for kids to do here...but nice beach is very close form this hotel...it is on 10 minute walkable distance from hotel. Close vicinity to good beach is good point about this hotel but you have to cross the main Street to get to the beach. No gym available in the hotel.

::Very Very Basic Hostel Type ( Hotel ) Use the trm loosly .. Rooms are very Basic That look out onto the back of the Hostel ( Hotel ) The view was interupted by the flat roof with scaffold etc which clearly had been there for some time .. The rooms over looking the front of the Hotel are slightly better .. But again very basic .. The staff are friendly but do not speak English .. The food although OK was very late coming out too the table & was cold .. The beers were warm ... The Swimming Pool was covered over & Out of use .. The Place Basically looked Like it was shut for out of season & Had only opened that day for Us too stay .. I wouldnt say It was dirty but definately not welcoming ... Unfortunately we were sent there by our company .. Personally I would have left when I arrived at the gate .. Overall I give this a 2 rating Purely because It wasnt dirty as such .. The Decor was terrible I mean terrible .. Having searched Online for hotels In Luanda .. I have since come across several HOTELS with a Pool etc for less money considering this Hotel Is $95 a night In the UK It would be knocked down :-(
