  Have spent numerous nights at iU in Luena. Service is generally poor. General cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The "free" breakfast consists of the absolute basics. Today there was no eggs, no bread rolls and they had run out of fruit juices. They have a weekend special rate. Nobody has been able to explain which days are weekend!!!!. They do have tidy rooms with clean sheets, which is what one pays for. In Luena there us not much better to choose from.
