  The hotel needs a lot of improvements. The name "Novo" means New. There's nothing new here. Though, a little closer to offering a great experience. They need to work harder to improve customer service.

  There is nothing new about this Hotel, everything looks so old. The furniture are old, the toilets are old and sometimes it won't work (you should know what I mean), people are just busy making money but not reinventing on the business. But the problem with Lubango is that it has not enough good hotels

  Fair and reasonable budget hotel.
