::So I had paid online through Agoda, but the hotel insisted that the Visa payment did not go through. They kept insisting that I pay in cash to them (31,000AOA) as you know international credit cards are not really accepted in Angola. They could not speak English so well and gave me some excuses. Later that night, I wanted to buy a bottle of mineral water which is 600AOA (about 1US$) and when I gave them 1000 AOA bill, he said he had no change. I asked again the next day and he just said that’s the tips for him. No integrity. Apparently the room rate I paid included breakfast, but he told me I had to pay extra so I just walked out of the hotel to eat. The hotel is also kind of dodgy, the first floor is dark and you have to climb to the second floor. There’s no elevator in the building. The toilet door seems spoilt, the bathroom is in disrepairs but still can be used. Opening the curtains, you will see that it is the laundry area of the hotel on the second floor, with staff members walking around, so it is better to keep the curtains drawn.

::The rooms are very good and very clean with very good space, the location is more than fantastic, the price is very reasonable, that is for the advantages side, the disadvantages, there is no elevator, no working refrigerator (there is one but not working in all rooms they told me and you can ask to put anything in thier restaurant refrigerator.. The breakfast is ok

::I have stayed at the place on a few occasions, for me it is one of the best value for money in Luanda due to its location and good services. They serve breakfast, have air conditioning, wi-fi, hot water at an extremely acceptable price for Luanda's level.

::Very average hotel. In Luanda hotels are expensive. It is one of the hotel in 100 dollar range. Room per night is about 19000 kz for single and 24000kz for double. No credit card is accepted. But it's actually. Not wise to use credit card here. Try to exchange dollar in the black market. The rate is about 60% higher there. We got 360kz on street while bank rate was 240kz. Breakfast served were very basic. But the rooms were big. Towels were not properly cleaned but they will change it if you complain. Remember to ask for the water bottle in the front desk. Otherwise they will not provide you in the room.
