::The food was ok, average and nothing over the top, but cannot qualify as bad also. The chef is a young man he's been around for some time and he is talented... What makes the trip to any or most of the restaurants in Luanda is simply the staff... They seriously need to be trained on customer service. They make the experience utterly unpleasant... But I guess it goes beyond restaurants only... But an OK to ok- experience.
