  Guys, I just arrived at the hotel which has only 2 options for dinner, and to my surprise at 7:39 pm the restaurant is closed... honestly... let's be professional... after a day of work, the least we want is dinner and sleep... I think the customer's vision has been forgotten or maybe we are doing you a favor... remembering that the package is basic/basic, the guest doesn't even have access to films, all for 18,000.00 akz. Rest hungry...and tomorrow, I will be forced to go to another, more professional place.

  Good and clean. Just don't expect the best dinners in town but good value for money

  Good morning. Again cold water bath due to "malfunction" in the boilers. There are no invoices due to failures in the billing system. What is happening? Do they have a structure that is well above average and are they leveling the service below? When I arrived I immediately asked what wasn't working this time. They said everything was fine. On my next stay, I would prefer to pay at the end of the accommodation, as this way I can automatically be reimbursed for services that are not provided to me

  Too small bathroom, other facilities are very good
