::Guys, I just arrived at the hotel which has only 2 options for dinner, and to my surprise at 7:39 pm the restaurant is closed... honestly... let's be professional... after a day of work, the least we want is dinner and sleep... I think the customer's vision has been forgotten or maybe we are doing you a favor... remembering that the package is basic/basic, the guest doesn't even have access to films, all for 18,000.00 akz. Rest hungry...and tomorrow, I will be forced to go to another, more professional place.

::Good morning. Again cold water bath due to "malfunction" in the boilers. There are no invoices due to failures in the billing system. What is happening? Do they have a structure that is well above average and are they leveling the service below? When I arrived I immediately asked what wasn't working this time. They said everything was fine. On my next stay, I would prefer to pay at the end of the accommodation, as this way I can automatically be reimbursed for services that are not provided to me
